We've had the pleasure of staying at this home twice and both times we were exceptionally pleased with the cleanliness, responsiveness of the owners and the comfort of the space. Outstanding location that is conveniently located to main roads and the interstate but still on a quiet, residential street. The fully enclosed back yard is perfect for our dog too.

Stayed a few nights
This house is a perfect location for our family, as it's near my son and his family. It also had everything we needed. The kitchen has excellent cooking and eating supplies, the bathrooms are spotless. We loved the fenced in yards for our dogs. Catherine and Alex were very communicative and accommodating and resolved an issue in a timely and appropriate way. Would definitely stay again.

The house is bigger than I thought and was great for our family of 5. Alex and Catherine were really great at communicating and accommodating. We brought our dog and it's a great spot to walk the dog. Nice area and close to everything you'd need.

Alex and Catherine’s home was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the nice big couch and large screen TV. The neighborhood was friendly and safe. We would recommend this home.

Louisville is a great town to party. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior or excessive noise will result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you or for us.

Government ID and verified identity required before check in. Guests may be asked for a government ID or that you verify your identity.
Guests may be asked to leave with no refund if there is disruptive noise, disturbance to the neighbors or more than 6 guests on property.
It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.
Check-in: 3 pm. / Check-out: 10 am.
Late check-out could be available for an additional fee; check out after 2:00 pm will be the full nightly rate.
Cleaning Fees - The condition that the property is left in will determine the collection of additional fees. If these fees need to be collected, we will communicate with the guests to determine the amount of the damage and charge the card on file. Please avoid additional cleaning fees leaving the property in good condition following check out instructions.
Damaged or Missing Items - During your stay if any damages occur to the property please contact us immediately. If any damages are found or items are missing after checkout we hold the right to collect funds for repairs or replacement.
Sleep - The comfort of our guests and neighbors' is important to us. Only registered guests may enter the property after 10 pm. A registered guest is someone traveling with and under the responsibility of the registered party. If a disturbance is reported by another guest, neighbor or noise monitor, all guests may be asked to leave immediately and without a refund. After 10 pm any disturbance to neighbors, conversations, music or the like will not be permitted. Before 10 pm, outdoor conversations and music should be kept at a reasonable level. We use NoiseAware Smart Noise Measurement Solutions for Property Owners and Managers. This allows us to be notified and prevent noisy incidents and resolve them quickly and will keep our neighbors happy. The device alerts us to the noise level (measured in decibels). This device does not record sounds or conversations; it only alerts us to noise levels considered disturbing. When an issue is detected, we receive a simple automated message, resulting in the 90% of problems being resolved without further action needed.
Items Left Behind - If items in property are left behind we can mail to guests for a postal fee.
Smoking is permitted outside the property, no smoking is allowed inside the property.
A $250 smoking fee will be charged to guests smoking inside. Please dispose of butts properly.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Our guests are required to complete a separate host rental agreement including ID Verification that will be sent to you after booking.
